1) How to file a DMCA notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Takedown Request.

2) Required information

• Your full name and contact information (email is required; phone is optional).
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on Seotoolsdesk.com where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable).

3) Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice. Include:

• Your name and contact information.
• The URL(s) that were removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to jurisdiction where applicable (standard DMCA language).
• Your electronic signature.

4) What happens next

We review notices, may request clarification, and will take appropriate action (remove/disable access) where required. We may forward the notice (or parts of it) to the party that published the material.

5) Abuse / false claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices may result in legal consequences. Only submit a notice if you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
